Abstract

IZZAH DINULLAH. The Relationship between Learning Motivation and Interpersonal Communication to Learning Outcome of Students on The Subjects of Financial Accounting Class XI Accounting skills program in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out (1) the relationship between learning motivation to learning outcome of students on the subjects of financial accounting, class XI accounting skills program in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta, (2) the relationship between interpersonal communication to learning outcome of students on the subjects of financial accounting class XI accounting skills program in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta, (3) the relationship between learning motivation and interpersonal communication to learning outcome of students on the subjects of financial accounting, class XI accounting skills program in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Source of data using primary data for learning motivation (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) and learning outcome using secondary data sources. Population affordable in this study were all students of class XI accounting skillls program in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta as many as 94 students with a sample of 75 students rendomly selected. The test instrumen of research conducted on students of class XI Office Administration Program in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta as many as 31 learners. Testing requirements analysis includes test of normality and linearity. Test using the classical assumtion multicollinearuty and heterocedasticity. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression and analysis of multiple correlation coefficient. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between motivation toward learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 4.517 t greater than 1.99346. Meanwhile, the partial use of interpersonal communication are affected by learning outcome, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t table count 2.073 t greater than 1.99346. Simultaneously there is relationship between learning motivation and interpersonal communication to learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F count table value of 73.503 is greater than the value of 3.12 F . There was a significant positive relationship between learning motivation and interpersonal communication to learning of students on the subjects of financial accounting with R for 0.819 and determination coefisien for (R) 2 was 67,1%.
