Abstract

Nurahli Fikri. The Relation Creativity and Motivation of Studying to Learning Outcome of Students on The Subjects of Spreadsheet XI Accounting Class in SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the creativity and study motivation to Spreadsheet learning outcome of students on the subjects of accounting programming, XI accounting class in SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 66 students with a sample of 58 students of XI accounting class in SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between creativity toward learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t 2,522 greater than t 2,004. Meanwhile, the partial use of creativity and study motivation are affected by learning outcome, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t table count 2,342 greater than t 2,004. Simultaneously there is relationship between creativity and study motivation to learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F table value of 8,309 is greater than the value of F table count 3.16. There was a significant positive influence of creativity and study motivation to learning outcome of students on the subjects of accounting equation with R for 0,482 and determination coefisien for (R) 2 was 23,2%.
