Abstract
PUTRI FITRILYA UTAMY.The Influence of Learning Motivation and Peer Environment to Learning Achievement of Students, X Accounting Class in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta Pusat. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the influence of learning motivation and peer environment to learning achievement of students, X Accounting class in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta Pusat. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 70 students with a sample of 58 students of X accounting class in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta Pusat. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between learning motivation to learning achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 4,767 t greater than 2,000. Meanwhile, the partial use of peer environment to learning achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 2,280 t table greater than 2,000. Simultaneously there is influence of learning motivation and peer environment to learning achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F table value of 19,406 is greater than the value of 3.15 F . There was a significant positive influence of family environment and learning facility to learning of accounting student with R for 0,643 and determination coefisien for (R) table was 41,4%.
