Abstract

GENDIS ARUM SARI IRIANTI, 2017, 8223145304, The Influence of Product Quality on Consumers Loyalty in Aqua Prodcut (Study on People in Pondok Ungu Permai Bekasi). DIII Marketing Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This study has the objective to analyze the influence of the quality of the product on costumer loyalty, to analyze the effect of partially between the quality of the product, on consumer loyalty, to analyze the independent variables affects costumer loyalty. The data used in this study using primary data obtained from the answers of the respondents who had consumed Aqua mineral water. The method of analysis used in this study using simple linear regression analysis consisting of the classical assumption, t test, F test, and test determination of simple linear regression equation. The selection of the sample in this study are all consumers who consume mineral water Aqua. Results of this study indicate that there are significant simultaneously at variable product quality on costumer loyalty. The results also showed variable product quality partially significant effect on brand loyalty. There is an influence on the determination test of 52,2% which affects costumer loyalty is explained by the variable quality of the product, while the remaining 47,8% is influenced by other variables and are not included in the regression analysis.
