Abstract
ABSTRACT RATIH KURNIATI SAHIDA. The Influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction Toward Organizational Commitment on Employee Pt Mustika Ratu Tbk in Jakarta Timur. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. This research conducted to find out if there is Influence between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Commitment on Employee PT Mustika Ratu Tbk in Jakarta Timur. This research was conducted for three months starting April until June 2012. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. This is the entire population research employees of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk in Jakarta Timur and a population of affordable employee research is part of the logistics of 71 people. The sample used as many as 58 people using simple random techniques. The instruments used to obtain data on the Y variable (Organizational Commitment) replica of Organizational Commitmen Scale (OCS), X 1 variable (Job Stress) using Likert scale and X variable (Job Satisfaction) using Likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0. From the results of F-test, found that Job Stress and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence to Organizational Commitment seen from F 2 (22,797) > F table (3,17). T-test results in t count of X 1 count (Job Stress) registration -4,150 and t of 2,00, because -4,150 < -t (-2,00) then declared job stress has significant negative influence on organizational commitment. While t table (job satisfaction) of 2,629 and table of 2,00, because t count > t table count , then it can be inferred that there was a significant positive influence between job satisfaction of the commitment of the organization. As for the R 2 of 0,453 which means that the organization's commitment can be explained by the variable job stress and job satisfaction of 45.3% and the remaining 54,7% influenced by other variables which are not examined.
