Abstract
RIMA WULANDARI. 2012. 8143128183. Analysis of Leadership at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors. Study Program of Diploma Secretary. Department of Economics and Administration Faculty Economics State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to find out how to leadership at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data collection method through literature. The survey result known leadership use the style otocratic of leadership, this style of leadership use system organizational gol was assumed our personal goal, the employee was assumed a tools and do approach punitive.
