Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline Against Employee Productivity in Koperasi Direktorat Jendral Bea dan Cukai Jakarta Timur This study aims to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline Against Employee Productivity in Koperasi Direktorat Jendral Bea dan Cukai Jakarta Timur. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data technique are using interview and questionnaire. Total of the population in Koperasi Direktorat Jendral Bea dan Cukai Jakarta Timur are 40 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and hypotheses test consisting of t test and F test Based on the results of data analysis found that: 1) There is a partial effect between motivation to productivity, the results of data analysis shown that tcount greater than ttable 4.046> t table (2.024). 2) Work Discipline also a partial influence on the productivity of employees, with the results of data analysis shown that tcount greater than 2,649 ttable> (2.026) 3) There is influence between motivation and discipline to productivity simultaneously, the results of data analysis shown Fcount value greater than F table (18.059> 3.252). There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline against employee productivity by the multiple correlation coefficient 0.703, which means the research hypothesis is accepted, and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 49.4%.
