Abstract
ABSTRACT ANNISA. The Influence of The Management Performance and Teamwork Toward The Development of Cooperative Employees Secretary General of Education and Culture Ministry of the Republic Indonesia. Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. 2015 This research aims to know The Influence of The Management Performance and Teamwork Toward The Development of Cooperative Employees Secretary General of Education and Culture Ministry of the Republic Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data collection using the questionnaire and interview techniques. The population in the research Cooperative Employees of the Secretariat General of Education and Culture Ministry amounted to 33 people. Data analysis technique used is regression, multiple test liniear classical assumptions, and test the hypothesis which consists of t-test and F-test. Based on the results of data analysis in mind that: 1) there is a partial influence between the management performance on the development of cooperatives, with the results of the analysis of the data showed that the value of 3,571 > t table (2,042). 2) Teamwork is also partially influence on Development Cooperative with the results of the analysis of the data shows t count 2, 282 > t table (2,042). 3) simultaneously there are influences between the management performance and teamwork toward the development of cooperative, with the results of the analysis of the data shows F count > F table (9, 965 > 3, 32). There is a positive influence and means between the performance of the Executive Board and to the development of cooperative teamwork with a coefficient of correlation of double 0,632 meaning research hypothesis is accepted, then the determination of the coefficient of Rsquare known (R2) of 0,399 or if in percentation be 39.9%.
