Abstract

ABSTRACT Ilfi Fauziah. The Influence of School Environment and Achievement Motivation on High School Students Learning Outcomes Economic Pelita 3 Jakarta. Concentration of Economic Education, Economic Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2015. This study aims to determine how much direct influence of the school environment and achievement motivation in learning outcomes at the high school level. The study was conducted from April to June 2015 in Pelita SMA 3 Jakarta. The method used is ex post facto de with the correlational approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire to the school environment variables and achievement motivation and secondary data such as documents for the school final examination results of the economic study variables. Test the validity of using the product moment formula and reliability testing using Alpha Cronchbach with the results to the school environment instruments 0.905, and 0.776 for achievement motivation instrument that has keajekan level (reliable) is very high. Population is a class X IIS 1, X 2 IIS, MIA X, XI IIS 1, and XII IIS 1, amounted to 140 people. Sampling using the total sample or census. Census is a sampling method by collecting all the elements to be studied. This study uses path analysis techniques (Path Analysis) in which the school environment directly affects the results of the economic study, achievement motivation directly affect the results of the economic study, as well as the school environment directly affects the achievement motivation. The results showed that the magnitude of the direct influence of the school environment (X1) on the results of the economic study was 0,496, the magnitude of the direct influence of achievement motivation (X2) 0.485 against the results of the economic study of the same, and the magnitude of the direct influence of the school environment (X1) on motivation outstanding (X2) is equal to 0.356. With the model fit test the hypothesis that the model is obtained in accordance with empirical model of the same value which states that the model can be accepted.
