Abstract
ABSTRACT LENY WIJAYA. “The Influence of Education Level and Organization Climate to Employee Performance on Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Branch Pangkalan Jati East Jakarta . Script. Economics Education Program, Economics and Cooperative Education Concentration, Economics Majors and the Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2014. Endang Sri Rahayu, M.Pd and Dicky Iranto, SE, M.Si The purpose of this research is to know the influence of education level and organization climate to employee performance on Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Branch Pangkalan Jati East Jakarta. This research has done from during three month since September until November 2014. The population research was all of membered Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Cabang Pangkalan Jati East Jakarta is 73 employee. According to the table Issac and Michael number of samples taken from a population of as many as 62 employee. Method using method with correlational approach, while the secondary data X1, X2 and Y from primary with instrumemnt of questionnaire with likert scale for X1, X2 and Y. Iit has validity test and reliability test. Partially, for influence between the education level and the employee performance T calculated 3.029 and T table 2.001. Then T calculated > T table. It means that the influence of education level and employee performance partially. Meanwhile, T calculated for organization climate 5.240 and T table 2.001. Then T calculated > T table. It means that the influence of organization climate and employee performance partially. From the F test, F is counted for about 52,340 and F table is 3,15. Then F calculated > F table. It means that there is the effect of the education level and organization climate to employee performance simultaneously. R2 value which is obtained is equal to 0, 448. It means that the variable education level and organization climate, it can explain the employee performance for about 44,8%. Meanwhile, the rest it explained by other variables. The regression equation which obtain is Y = 16.179+ 1.049X1 + 0,606X From the above analysis, simultaneously it can have a significant effect between the influence of education level and organization climate to employee performance on Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Branch Pangkalan Jati East Jakarta.
