Abstract

WIDYA. The Relationships of Emotional Intelligence and Learning Behavior With Learning Outcomes on The Subjects of Computer Accounting In Class XII Accounting in SMKN 16 Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the relationships of emotional intelligence and learning behavior with learning outcomes on the subjects of computer accounting in class XII accounting in SMKN 16 Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data using the technique of recording documents, interviews and questionnaires. Affordable population in this study is a class XII student of Accounting Department at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta, amounting to 72 students with a sample of 60 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses consisting of t-test and F test Based on the analysis of the data found that there was partial effect between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t-count of 14.509 is greater than t-table of 2.00247. Learning behavior are also partial influence on learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t-count of 3,564 greater than t-table of 2.00247. Simultaneously there is the influence of emotional intelligence and learning behavior towards learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis showed the value of F at 6.832 greater than the value of 3.16 Ftabel. There is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence and learning behavior with learning outcomes with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.904 as such, the research hypothesis is accepted, then the unknown coefficient of determination (R2) of 81.8%. It means thar the learning outcomes of students affected 81,8% by emotional intelligence and learning behavior, the residue influenced by other factors.
