Abstract

ANIKA KURNIANINGTYAS. Relationship Between Leasrning Readiness And Learning Motivation With Learning Outcomes Accounting Lessons In 3 State Vocational High School Jakarta. Skripsi , Jakarta : Concentration in Accounting Education , Economic Studies Program , Department of Economics and Administration , Faculty of Economics , State University of Jakarta , 2014. Study aimed to obtain valid data and facts about the Relationship Between Learning Readiness And Learning Motivation With Learning Outcomes Accounting Lessons In 3 State Vocational High School Jakarta. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach because in this study the data to be retrieved in the form of figures and statistical analyzes using . The population of this study were all students of 3 State Vocational High School Jakarta. The population that researchers specify inaccessibility is numbered 72 students . Class consists of X students Accounting Department . The sample used in this study are numbered 58 students . The sampling technique used in this study is Proportional Sample technique. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire study totaled 29 points for the learning readiness variable and 32 points for the learning motivation variable . Results learns measured using daily test results of students in the school . Of test requirements analysis, data were expressed normally distributed and linear multiple regression equation Y = -12,962+ 0,321X 1 +0,480X Multiple regression models were declared free from the problem of multicollinearity, heterocedastit, and autocorrelation. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be seen that a positive and significant relationship to variables partially learning readiness by the results of the study conducted t test , where t 2. count (2.299)>t (1,67155) and there is a positive and significant relationship to the variable partial learning motivation with learning outcomes with t count (3.527)>t tabel tabel (1,67155). And than, that a positive and significant effect among the three variables simultaneously with the test done f , where the value of F count (37,398)>F (3.16) . Based on the correlation equation double the R value of 0,759 is obtained , it can be concluded that the relationship between the variables of learning readiness and learning motivation with relatively strong learning outcome variables . And based on the calculation of the percentage contribution of the variable relationship learning readiness , learning motivation to the learning outcomes of 0,561 or 56,1 % , while the remaining is influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this model .To improve learning readiness educators students can maintain healthy so it can focus on learning and maintaining / creating a conducive environment so as to improve learning motivation.
