Abstract

ASTRINI AGUSTIN. Relationship Between Motivation And Discipline Of Students With Learning Outcomes Class X In 50 State Vocational High School Jakarta Accounting Lessons. Skripsi , Jakarta : Concentration in Accounting Education , Economic Studies Program , Department of Economics and Administration , Faculty of Economics , State University of Jakarta , 2014. Study aimed to obtain valid data and facts about the Relationship Between Motivation And Discipline Of Students With Learning Outcomes Class X In 50 State Vocational High School Jakarta Accounting Lessons. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach because in this study the data to be retrieved in the form of figures and statistical analyzes using . The population of this study were all students of 50 State Vocational High School Jakarta with a population totaling 676 people . The population that researchers specify inaccessibility is numbered 70 students . Class consists of 10 students Accounting Department . The sample used in this study are numbered 58 students . The sampling technique used in this study is Simple Random Sampling Technique . Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire study totaled 29 points for the motivation variable and 28 points for the discipline variable . Results learns measured using daily test results of students in the school . Of test requirements analysis, data were expressed normally distributed and linear multiple regression equation Y = -91 627 +0.806X 1 +0.691X . Multiple regression models were declared free from the problem of multicollinearity, heterocedastit, and autocorrelation. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be seen that a positive and significant relationship to variables partially motivated by the results of the study conducted t test , where t count 2 ( 2,889 ) > t ( 2.004 ) , and there is a positive and significant relationship to the variable partial discipline with learning outcomes with t count ( 2.274 ) > t table table ( 2.004 ) . And than, that a positive and significant effect among the three variables simultaneously with the test done f , where the value of F count ( 17 404 ) > F ( 3,165 ) . Based on the correlation equation double the R value of 0,623 is obtained , it can be concluded that the relationship between the variables of motivation and discipline with relatively strong learning outcome variables . And based on the calculation of the percentage contribution of the variable relationship motivation , discipline to the learning outcomes of 0,365 or 36,5 % , while the remaining is influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this model .To improve motivation, educators can provide gifts and support so as to promote the spirit of students to learn and apply the rules that need to be enforced so that discipline can be done.
