Abstract
DEVI YUNITA SARI. The Correlation Between Internal Locus of Control with Employee Performance In Financial Division of Primary Education Jendral Directorate on The Ministry of Education And Culture Republic Indonesia. Thesis. Study Program of Economic Education. Concentration in Accounting Education. Departement of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. December 2013. The purpose of this research is to get information about how far the relationship between Internal Locus of Control with Employee Performance In Financial Division of Primary Education Jendral Directorate on The Ministry of Education And Culture Republic Indonesia. The research method that used is survey method with a correlation approach. Data were collected using a scale of Internal Locus of Control with Employee Performance scale. The sampling technique was conducted by proportional random sampling . The attainable population in this research were employee In Financial Division of Primary Education Jendral Directorate on The Ministry of Education And Culture Republic Indonesia totaling 45 employees and the sample used by the table Isacc and Michael is 40 employees. The result from this research showed a significance and positive correlation between Internal Locus of Control with Employee Performance In Financial Division of Primary Education Jendral Directorate on The Ministry of Education And Culture Republic Indonesia.
