Abstract
ABSTRACT REZA MAULANA.The Relationship Retween Commitment to the Performance of the Employeeon Worker Cooperatives CNOOC in Central Jakarta. Study Program of Economi Education. Concentration of Cooperative Economi Education. Departement of Economi and Administration. Faculty of Economi State Univercity of Jakarta. 2014. Purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and facta about the possibility a positive correlation between employee commitment with employee performance at cooperative worker CNOOC in Center Jakarta. This research, conducted for 5 months from maretto agustus 2013. The method of research usedis survey method with correlation approach. The population research were employee cooperatives CNOOC in Center Jakarta. Variable data Y employee performance and data X employee commitment,is primer data from questionnaire. The analiysis test by finding regression aquqtionb, that is Y= 41,58+ 0,610X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result is L count = 0,077 while Ltabel for 42 in significant level 0,05 is 0,137. So Lcount < Lta bel mean that mistake of predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is F count (20,37) > Ftabel (4,08) showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, F count (0,58) < Ftabel (2,86) showing that regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,581. Continued by using correlationcoefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is tcount(4,77 )> ttabel (1,66). The result of this research is that there is positive influence betweenEmployee Commitment with Employee Performance. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is 0,3624. This mean that the Employee Commitment (X) can give 36,24% contribution to the result of employee performance.
