Abstract

ABSTRACT RISKA CHUSNUL CHOTIMAH “ Correlation Between Climate and Organizational Commitment on Employee Satisfaction employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in Jakarta ". Bachelor Thesis. Economic Education Cooperative. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State of University, 2014. Lecturer: Dra. Endang Sri Rahayu, M. Pd, and Dicky Iranto, SE, M.Si ”This research aims to determine whether there is a correlation climate and organizational commitment toemployee satisfaction and knowing how to close cooperative correlation between climate and organizational commitment and job satisfaction of Republic Indonesia cooperative employee satisfaction at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The research was conducted on the coperative employees for 4 months from November to February 2014. Methods used in this research are correlation survey method to approach. Sampling technique in this research is the census. Taken as many as 42 employees. analysis Test requirement performed is seeking regression equation to obtained was Y 9,660+0,508 X1 +0,415X2 . The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression using multiple regression models using SPSS 11.5 software, output indicates that the climate (X1) and a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). And Organizational Commitment (X2) and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (Y). test results with t test Hypothesis testing produces tcount (4.151) > ttable 1,685 tcount (3,507) > ttable ( 1.685 ) and F value 21,352> F of 3.23 which means that the regression equation is significant and produces r hitung = 0,523.The results of this study concluded that there is a positive effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment on job satisfaction.
