Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the Correlation Between Non Material Insentives Giving with Employee Productivity. This research have been done for a month since December until January 2012. The population research was all of employees PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution with total 135 employees, with 100 employees for sampling. Variable data Y (Employee Productivity) is secunder data from the Employee Productivity Appraisal. Collecting X variable data (Non Material Incentive Giving) used likert scale, before that it had construct validity test by validation process, that was correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Non Material Incentive Giving) was 0,92. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 17,35 + 0,504 X. After that data normality test is done by using liliefors formula and the result was L= 0,0768 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,0886, so Lcount < Ltable. Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X had normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result was, Fcount (16,67) > F (3,94). It show it had significance regression. While regression linierity test, Fcount (13,14) < Ftable (1,72), showing that regression was linier. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test was rxy= 0,76 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result was, tcount = 10,51 while t = 1,67and so tcount > ttable. It means that there were significance and positive correlations between Incentive and employee productivity. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test was 53%. It means that employee poductivity variable Y 53% the influence by incentive variable. The conclusion of the research has shown that there was a positive correlations between Non Material Incentives Giving with Employee Productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution.
