Abstract

Astrid Vega Naseva. Correlation between Task-Technology Fit with Employee Performance on Finance Division PT BKI. Skripsi. Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2012. The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable data and information about corelation between task-technology fit with employee performance. Data was collected from a survey of 45 employees of Finance Division PT.Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (persero) With a sampling using simple random sampling technique. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample that has been determined. Score of tas-technology fit was obtained by questionnaire development of Dale L. Goodhue “Task-Technology Fit and Individual Performance (1995)” about task-technology fit and individual performance with Likert scale. Score of employee performance was obtained by performance appraisal. According to Issac & Michael table, from 45 sample with 5% eror research samples was taken as 40 employees. Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 86,13 + 0,01 X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors Lo < Lt (0,0989< 0,1401). It mean the data are normally distributed. On the meaningful of regression test we got the result F h (7,99) > F (4.10) which can be conclude that the regression model is means. As for the linierity test obtained F t (1.63) < Ft (2,46), indicating that the regression equation is linear. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained rxy = 0.27. This means there is a positive correlation between task-technology fit and employee performance on finance division PT BKI. From the correlation meaningful test calculations t count = 1,734> t table = 1.648 indicating a significant relationship between tasktechnology fit with employee performance. From the calculation results obtained 7,33% coefficient of determination so that it can be said that taks-technology fit has contribution on employee performance as 7,33%. h Conclusion of this reseach is there is possitive and significant correlation between task-technology fit and employee performance on finance division PT. BKI. it means if task- technology fit increase and also increasing employee performance.
