Abstract

Inka Nurhasanah, 2017; The Influence of Career Development and WorkDiscipline On Employee Performances at Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional.Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, ManagementStudy Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, StateUniversity of Jakarta. The purpose of research are: (1) to know description of career development, work discipline, and employee performance at Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional, (2) To determine whether there is an influence of career development on employeeperformance at Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional, (3) To determine whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance at BadanPembinaan Hukum Nasional, (4) To determine test overall model reseacrh. Thisresearch is taken of all employees who works at Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional sample is 138 employees. The research using descriptive analysis andexplanatory. The results showed (1) the career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance, (3) This research is goodness of fittest overall model. R2 Value in this study was 44,3%. This means that model canexplain 44,3% of research on employee performance, while the remaining 55,7%influenced or explained by other variables.
