Abstract

MARTIKA. 2012. 8143097533. Analysis Work Discipline in the AJB Syariah Bumiputera 1912. Study Program Diploma III Secretary. Major of Economic and Administration. Faculty of Economics. University State of Jakarta. Scientific Work aims to determine the level of employees discipline in the AJB Syariah Bumiputera 1912 and the factors that influence it. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of collecting data throught observation, and literature study. From observation to know that the discipline of employees belonging to weaker at Rawamangun Office AJB Syariah Bumiputera 1912. It can be seen from the accuracy of coming to office, not working optimally, and not discipline employees at the meeting. From the result of writing, it is known that in order to create employees discipline to work optimally, a manager should be firmness and professional in overcome of this employees problem and also ought to pay attention needs and longing of employees, when a manager do mentioned, so employees feel motivate and discipline time of coming office and be able working optimally.
