Abstract

TIA FESMIYANI. 2009. Analysis of the incoming letters’ management by using Mailtracking’s system in the logistics and public bureau on Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).Diploma Program of Secretary (D-III), Major of Economic and Administration of Economic Faculty, Jakarta State University. This paper is intended to know about the incoming letters’ management by using mail tracking’s system in the logistics and the mailing office – public bureau on Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method by collecting, arranging and analyzing data through literature review, observation and interview. The result of this paper shows that the incoming letters’ management by using mail tracking’s system needs a carefulness and an accuracy so that there will be no error or mistake in entering data’ processes.
