Abstract

ABSTRACK ADITYA PARASIAN NOVENIUS. The Influence Work Culture and Work Motivation Toward Perfomance on Employee PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur Sentosa. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta 2014. This research conducted to find out if there is Influence Work Culture and Work Motivation of Perfomance on Employee PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur Sentosa. This research was conducted for three months starting November 2013 until January 2014. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. This is the entire population of employee PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur Sentosa of 114 people. The sample used as many as 84 people using simple random techniques. Perfomance data achieved from sekunder data performance appraisal directed from PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur Sentosa for periode of December 2013, X variabel (Work Culture) using Likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 16.0. from the result of F-test, found that WorkCulture and Work Motivation simultaneously influence to Perfomance seen from F count (35,931)> F tabel 1 (3,11). T-test result in t count of X (Work Culture) registration 4,981and t tabel of 1,67, because 4,981 >t tabel 1 (1,67) then declared work culture has significant direct influence on performance. While t (work motivation) of 4,107 and t tabel 1,67, because t Count > t tabel count then it can be inferred that there was a significant direct influence between work motivation of the performance. Based on the research path analysis, the magnitude of the influence of work culture (X1) which directly on performance (Y) is 0,198 or 19,8% and the effect was moderated by work motivation (X effect of X 1 2 from X 2 ) is 0,155% or 15,5%, so the total with Y is 0,584 or 58,4%. In addition to the magnitude of the effect of work motivation (X2) which is directly on performance (Y) is 0,134 or 13,4%. Than a coefficient of determination (R ) of test result obtained 0, 470 or 47% which means that Y (performance) determined by X2 (work culture) and X (work motivation) for 47%. Conclussions of this study is that there are influences between work culture and work motivation to performance of PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur Sentosa.
