Abstract

Nanda Satrio Hutomo,2017 ; The Influence of Work Moivation and Organizational Culture to employee’s Job Satisfaction at Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know description for the,Work Motivation, Organizational Culture and employee job satisfaction of Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta. 2) Test empirically influence of Work Motivation towards employee job satisfaction Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta. 3) Test empirically influence of Organizational Culture towards employee job Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta. 4) Test empirically Work Motivation and Organizational Culture employee job Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta. 5) To know how much contribution of organizational climate and career development on employee job satisfaction Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta. The analysis implemented in this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 96 staff level employee of Badan Kepegawaian Negara, East Jakarta. This research using simple random sampling. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires were then processed using SPSS 21. The results show that 1) Work Motivation have significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. 2) Organizational Culture have significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. 3) Work motivation and Organization Culture simultaneously have significant effect on employee job satisfaction with F count (70.278) > F (3,09) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R 2 value are 0,604 or 60,4%. This show that of employee job satisfaction are Work Motivation and Organizational Culture development while the rest 39,6 % influenced by other factors.
