Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine whether food quality affect positively to customer satisfaction of Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading. 2) To determine whether store atmosphere affect positively to customer satisfaction of Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading. 3) To determine whether food quality affect positively repurchase intention of Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading. 4) To determine whether store atmosphere affect positively to repurchase intention of Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading. 5) To determine whether customer satisfaction affect significantly to repurchase intention of Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading.. 6) To determine whether food quality affect positively repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening variable at Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading.. 7) To determine whether store atmosphere affect positively to repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening variable at Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading. In order to collecting data, this study using survey with questionnaire as it’s instrument. Object of this study is 250 respondents who have going at Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading. To analyze and process the data, this study use Lisrel and SPSS Ver.24. Keywords: Food Quality, Store Atmosphere, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention, Holycow Steakhouse by Chef Afit Kelapa Gading.
