Abstract
ABSTRACT DEWI SITORESMI. Correlation Between Insentive with Employee Loyalty in Koperasi Keluarga Guru Jakarta (KKGJ), East Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economics Education Study Program, Economics Cooperation Education of Consentration, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2012. This study aims to gain information and knowledge based on the data or the fact that valid or invalid, true and trustworthy about how much the relationship between the Insentive with Employee Loyalty in Koperasi Keluarga Guru Jakarta (KKGJ), East Jakarta. The research was conducted at the Keluarga Guru Jakarta (KKGJ), East Jakarta for three months from July 2011 to September 2011. This study uses a survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used is proportionate random technique. The population in this study were all Employee at Koperasi Keluarga Guru Jakarta (KKGJ), East Jakarta. Affordable population in this study is that the employee works over 5 years, because they have a good loyalty and recorded as many as 131 people. Based on a sample of the table determining the number of samples, taken a sample of 95 people with a sampling error of 5%. For data capture employee loyalty questionnaire used Likert scale models. Calculation of reliability of the variables X and Y using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the Y variable reliability of 0.995. These results prove that the instrument is reliable. Test requirements analysis is the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce L liliefors test count = 0060, while the L table for n = 95 at 0.05 significant level is 0091. Because L count <L table then the estimated error of Y over X is normally distributed. The resulting regression equation is Y = 51.90 + 0.662 X. From the regression test result keberartian Fhitung> Ftabel, ie 48.78> 3.96, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Testing linearity of regression produces F calculated <F table is 0.97 <1.88, so it was concluded that the linear equation regreasi. The coefficient of determination obtained for 34.40% 34.40% which shows that employee loyalty is determined by incentives. These results prove the existence of a positive and significant relationship between Incentif with Employee Loyalty in Koperasi Keluarga Guru Jakarta (KKGJ), East Jakarta.
