Abstract
ABSTRACT MARIDA MANIHURUK. Correlation Between Social Support With Job Satisfaction of Employee’s at Cooperative Tugu Pratama Indonesia at South Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta. Concentration of Economic Cooperative Education Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the correlation between social support with job satisfaction of employee’s at Cooperative Tugu at South Jakarta. The research healed at Cooperative Tugu Pratama Indonesia for four months since March until June 2012. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, and the data is got from instrument to employee at Cooperative Tugu. The population research was all of employees with total 81 employees, with 44 employees for sampling and used simple random sampling. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 56,26 + 0,389X. After that data normally test by using Liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,087 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,133, so Lcount < Ltable . It mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. At the hypotesis test the significant and linear regression test are using Analysis Of Variance (ANAVA)table. For regression significance test and the result is Fcount (16,33) > Ftable (4,07). Showing that, it has significance regression. The result of the regression linear test indicate, Fcount (0,86) < Ftable (2,09), showing that regression is linear. The Correlation of coefficient test using by product moment formulas by pearson indicates rxy = 0,529 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test, counting result tcount = 4,04 while t table = 1,68 and so,tcount > ttable . It means that there are significance correlations between social support with employe’s job satisfaction. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 27,99%, it means that job satisfaction variable decide to social support variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlation between social support with job satisfaction of Cooperative Tugu Pratama Indonesia employees at North Jakarta.
