Abstract

ABSTRACT NOVRI HARYANI. Correlation Between Entrepreneur Competency and Product Innovation with Effort Competitiveness on Garmen’s Area SME at West Jakarta. Paper. Jakarta. Studi's program Economy Education, Concentrate Co-op Economic Education, Economic majors and Administration, Economic faculty, Jakarta Country university. 2012. This research intent to get information and science bases data or authentic fact or valid, really and gets trusted about how big relationship among entrepreneur interest and product innovation with effort competitiveness on garmen's area at West Jakarta. SME does this research garmen's area at West Jakarta up to three-month as of October 2011 until with December 2011. This research utilize survey's method with korelasional's approaching. Samples taking tech which be utilized which is simple random tech. Achievable population of observational it is little entrepreneur and intermediate one move at garmen's area (dress, jacket, and knit goods) as much 71 garmen's industries that exists at West Jakarta. Base sample of determination table foots up sample, taken by sample as much 58 by error's sampling 5 %. To net data of Entrepreneur Competency (X1 variable) and Product Innovation (X2) with Effort Competitiveness utilized by kuesioner Likert's scale model. Reliabilitas's count X1 variable and X2 with variable Y proves that instrument reliabel. Resulting bifilar regression equation Y = 54,442 + 0,322X . Analisis's stipubting quiz which is signifikasi's normality quiz effort Competitiveness, Entrepreneur competency, and product Innovation well worth more than signiikansi 0.05 therefore data gets normal distribution. Base hypothesis quiz, quiz f results f computing > F , which is entrepreneur Competency and concomitant ala product Innovation signifikan regards effort Competitiveness. Meanwhile of yielding quiz t, Entrepreneur Competency variable and Product Innovation where separately declares for signifikansinya (t computing > t table table ) its mean each variable frees to have relationship that signifikan with variable bonded. Hereafter tests partial correlation, correlation among entrepreneur Interest with effort Competitiveness is grouped in positive relationship that be, while partial correlation coefficient among Innovates product with effort Competitiveness is grouped in poor positive relationship because its point approaches 0. Meanwhile yielding of simultan's correlation quiz, point r declares for keeratan relationship among Entrepreneur Competency (X1), Product innovation (X2), and Competitiveness (Y) rank be. Acquired determinant coefficient r 2 as big as 0,349, its mean that effort Competitiveness zoom can be worded by entrepreneur Interest variable and product Innovation is as big as 34,9% and its rest regarded by unanalyzed other variable. This observational result proves to mark sense positive relationship and signifikan among Entrepreneur Competency and Product Innovation with Effort Competitiveness on Garmen's Area SME at West Jakarta.
