Abstract

ABSTRACT Aulia Nur Jamalia, 2015; The Influence of Compensation and Work discipline of Employee Productivity on PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research done on the Production Department employees on PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa is as follows: 1) to know the description about komtpensasi, working discipline, employee productivity and Production Department of PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, 2) to test empirically the influence of compensation of employee productivity Production Department at PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, 3) to test empirically the influence of working discipline of employee productivity Production Department at PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa, 4) to test empirically the influence of compensation and discipline to work together against the employee productivity Production Department at PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa. Research was done on the 177 employees department of the production of PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa. The technique of data collection using the survey method that is spreading the questioner who then mingled with the program SPSS 21.0. This research using descriptive analysis and explanatory. The results from the regression shows that there is a significant influence. The results from the regression shows that there is a significant influence between compensation against the productivity of work, there is a significant influence between working discipline against the productivity of labor turnover intention. Compensation and discipline work together to affect employee productivity with the value of Fhitung>Ftabel (37,180 > 2.70 hkd) and the significance (0,000<0.05). The value of R2 0,372 or (owns 37.2%). This shows that owns 37.2% employee productivity is explained by the factor of compensation and work discipline, while the rest of 62,80% influenced or explained by other variables.
