Abstract

ABSTRACT Farah Anastasia, 2015; The Influence of Product Quality,Service Quality, Price and Promotion Toward Customer Satisfcation Cafe Doughnut At Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Marketing Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Advisory: Setyo Ferry Wibowo, SE, M.Si & Usep Suhud, M.si, Ph.D The purpose of this research are: 1)To know the influence of product quality toward customer satisfaction Cafe Doughnut at Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta, 2) To know the influence of service quality toward customer customer satisfaction Cafe Doughnut at Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta, 3) To know the influence of price toward customer customer satisfaction Cafe Doughnut at Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta, 4) To know the influence of promotion toward customer satisfaction Cafe Doughnut at Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta. Object of the research consist of 258of respondent that already visiting Cafe Doughnut at Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta. The result of decriptive test shows that product quality, service quality, price and promotion of Pasar Santa still less so taht customer satisfaction also less. The hypothesis test shows: 1) there is significant influence between product quality toward customer satisfaction. 2) there is significant influence between service quality toward customer satisfaction. 3) there is significant influence between price toward customer satisfaction. 4) there is significant influence between promotion toward customer satisfaction.
