Abstract

ABSTRACT Irwan Saputra, 2015; The Effect of Compensation, Transformational Leadership, and Organizational Culture to Employee Job Satisfaction in Center Perum Perumnas. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is: 1. To know the description of compensation, transformational leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction of employee in Center Perum Perumnas. 2. To determine the effect of compensation to job satisfaction of employee in Center Perum Perumnas.3. To determine the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction of employee in Center Perum Perumnas. 4. To determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of employee in Center Perum Perumnas.5. To determine the effect of compensation, transformational leadership, and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employee in Center Perum Perumnas.. Research conducted on 98 employees of Center Perum Perumnas. Data collection techniques using a survey method that is spreading questionnaire which is then processed with SPSS 20.0 program. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Results of regression showed that there are a positive and significant influence among the compensation on job satisfaction, a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership on job satisfaction, a positive and significant correlation between organizational culture on job satisfaction. Compensation, Transformational Leadership, and Organizational Culture simultaneously positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction to the value of F count > Ftable (28,018 > 2,70) and significant (0.000 <0.05). R2 values of 0,445 or (44,5%). This shows that 44,5% of job satisfaction is explained by factors working environment and job satisfaction while the remaining 55,50% influenced or explained by other variables.
