Abstract

ABSTRACT Mario Ramadhan – Influence Compensation and Work Environment on Performance PT.Tainan Enterprises Indonesia 5 jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration Human Resource, Program Study Managament, Degree Management, Faculty Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2015 The purpose of this thesis is to find out the influence of the following variables: 1) The Compensation to the Performance of PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia 5, 2) the Working Environment and to the Performance PT. Tainan Enterprise Indonesia 5. 3) To find out the influence of Compensation, Working Environment to the Performance of PT. Tainan Enterprise Indonesia 5 Simultaneously.The number of samples in this research is 110 Respondents. This research is using quantiative research with multiple regression analysis technicque and this research is using SPSS 22 as the analytical tools.The result of the hypotesis testing shows that there is the positive and significance influence between compensation and performance with significance level of 0.00 with Ttable value of 1.982. 2) There is the positive and significant influence between work environment and performance with significance level of 0.00 and with T table value of 1.982 3) the independent variables simultaneously influencing the dependent variable with significance level 0.00 with F value of 3.8 Keywords: Compensation, Working Environment, and Peformance
