Abstract

ABSTRACT Lutfi Arnaldy, 2015; Effect of Compensasation and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction: Study on Cleaning Service in Cardig Anugra Sarana Bersama (CASB). Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine whether there is influence between the compensation to the CASB cleaning service’s job satisfaction. 2) To determine whether there is influence between organizational to the CASB cleaning service’s job satisfaction., 3) To determine whether there is influence between the compensatio and organizational culture together to the CASB cleaning service’s job satisfaction. 4) To find out how big the contribution of the compensation and organizational culture to the CASB cleanimg service’s job satisfaction. Research conducted on 88 CASB cleanimg service. Data collection techniques using a survey method that is spreading questionnaire which is then processed with SPSS 21.0 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Results of regression showed that there is a positive and significant influence among the compensation on job satisfaction, there is positive and significant correlation between organizational culture on job satisfaction. Compensation and organizational culture simultaneously positive and significant impact on job satisfaction to the value of F count> F table (38,947> 3.11) and significant (0.000 <0.05). R2 values of 0.466 or (46,60%). This shows that 46,60% of jobsatisfaction is explained by factors compensation and organizational culture while the remaining 53,40% influenced or explained by other variables.
