Abstract

ABSTRACT RHENNY M, 2015; TheInfluence of Work-life balance and Job Stress On Job Satisfaction Of PT Rentris Pentabenua Employees Jakarta.Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out how is the level of work-life balance, job stress and job satisfaction of employee at PT Rentris Pentabenua. 2) To find out the influence of work-life balance on job satisfaction of employee at PT Rentris Pentabenua. 3) To find out the influence of job stress on job satisfaction of employee at PT Rentris Pentabenua. 4) To find out the influence between worklife balance and job stress simultaniously on job satisfaction of employee at PT Rentris Pentabenua. 5) To find out how much the contribution of work-life balance and job stress on job satisfaction of employee at PT Rentris Pentabenua Jakarta. The analysis conducted in this study is a descriptive and explanatory survey. This study conducted on 65 employees of PT Rentris Pentabenua Jakarta by using simple random sampling method. Meanwhile the technique of data collection is done by interview, observation and distributing questionnaires, which are processed by using SPSS 21 versions. The result of descriptive analysis is a) Work-life balance was still low b) Job stress was still high c) Job satisfaction was still low. The results of the regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between work-life balance to job satisfaction and there is negative influence and significant between job stress to job satisfaction. Both work-life balance and job stress are simultaniously influence on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work-life balance, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction
