Abstract

ABSCTRACT ARYATAMA SURYOPUTRO. The Impact of Empowerment, Transformational Leadership, and Orgazaniational Culture in Distribution Divison, Indonesian Government Statistics. 2016. The purpose of this research are to: 1) test empirically the influence of empowerment on organizational learning, 2) test empirically the influence of transformational leadership on organizational learning, and 3) to test empirically the influence of organizational culture on organizational learning. This study used Partial Least Square method to analyze the data. This research conducted on employyess of Distribution Division of Indonesian Government Statistics with sample of 67 employess and used quota sampling technique, while questionnaire is used as data collecting method and Smart PLS version 3.2.1 is used to process the data. The result shows a significant influence of empowerment on organizational learning, while transformational leadership dan organizational culture does not have an influence on organizational learning. The study found that 27.4% of organizational learning as dependent variabel influenced by empowerment, transformational leadership, and organizational culture.
