Abstract
ABSTRACT Generally, the purposes of this research is: 1) to describe the leadership style, organizational commitment, job satisfaction 2) to analyze the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational commitment 3) to analyze the influence of leadership style towards organizational comitment 4) to analyze the influence of leadership style towards organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable 5) to analize job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable for the effect leadership style to the organizational commitment. Population of this research is the employees of the PT Sariayu Indonesia cabang pulogadug east Jakarta with sample 121. Type of the research is descriptive and the method is non probability sampling. The results shows a significant influence of leadership style on working organizational commitment and job satisfaction on working organizational commitment, job satisfaction as an intervening variable for the effect leadership style to the organizational commitment.
