Abstract

ABSTRACT Maya Fandini, 2015; The Influence Of Job Stress And Job Satisfaction Against Turnover Intention On Employees Decorating PT Natamas Plast Bogor. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the description of job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention employees Decorating in PT Natamas Plast Bogor. 2) To determine whether there is an influence of job stress against turnover intention on employees Decorating PT Natamas Plast Bogor. 3) To determine whether there is an influence of job satisfaction against turnover intention on employees Decorating PT Natamas Plast Bogor. 4) To determine whether there is an influence of job stress and job satisfaction as together against turnover intention employees Decorating PT Natamas Plast Bogor. 5) To know how big the contribution X1 (Job Stress) and X (Job Satisfaction) against Y (Turnover Intention). This research is taken 118 employees Decorating in PT Natamas Plast Bogor. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data account which used is SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicate that there is significant influence between job stress to turnover intention and there is significant influence between job satisfaction to turnover intention. Job stress and job satisfaction simultaneously significant influence to turnover intention through F2 (44.449 > 3,08) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention is 0,436 or 43,6% through the result of R other factors. value while the rest is 56,4% is influenced by the Key word :Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention.
