Abstract

ABSTRACT Sri Agustiningsi, 2016; The Influence Of Compensation, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV Trikarya Murni Jakarta. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about compensation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance at CV Trikarya Murni, 2) To test empirically the influence of compensation on employee performance at CV Trikarya Murni, 3) To test empirically the influence of work environment on employee performance at CV Trikarya Murni, 4) To test empirically the influence of work discipline on employee performance at CV Trikarya Murni, 5) To test empirically the influence of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at CV Trikarya Murni, 6) To know how much contribution of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at CV Trikarya Murni. The sample of this research are 65 employees of CV Trikarya Murni. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 21. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that compensation have significant effect on employee performance, work environment have significant effect on employee performance, work discipline have significant effect on employee performance. Compensation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have significant effect on employee performance with Fcount (37.421) > F (2.717) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R2 table value are 0.631 or 63,1%. This show that 63,1% of employee performance are influenced by compensation, work environment and work discipline while the rest 36,9% influenced by other factors.
