ABSTRACT Syariyah, 2015; The Influence of eWOM Toward Travel Intention Directly and Through Attitudes as a Mediation of Tanjung Lesung. Skripsi, Jakarta: Marketing Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Advisory: Setyo Ferry Wibowo SE, M.Si & Agung Kresnamurti RP, ST, MM The purpose of this research are: 1) To find out the description of eWOM, attitudes, and travel intention of Tanjung Lesung, 2) test empirically the influence of eWOM toward travel intention of Tanjung Lesung, 3) test empirically the influence of eWOM toward attitudes of Tanjung Lesung, 4) test empirically the influence of attitudes toward travel intention of Tanjung Lesung, 5) test empirically the influence of eWOM toward travel intention through attitudes as a mediation of Tanjung Lesung. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have never been to Tanjung, but they knew and engaged in eWOM about Tanjung Lesung on online Kaskus Traveller Indonesia. The results of descriptive test explained that eWOM has direct and indirect effect toward travel intention through attitudes as a mediation. Information is provided and searched by those who have a willingness to travel. it tends to make a positive evaluation of behavior about destinations.The more positive the attitude toward the behavior, the stronger will be the individual’s intentions to visit the destinations.
