Abstract
ABSTRACT ADRIANNE KHAIRUNNISA. Influence of work stress and climate of the Organization against the job satisfaction of employees of PT Istaka Karya (Persero) Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to know the influence of Climate and work stress Influence Organization towards job satisfaction on employees of PT. Istaka Karya (Persero) Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. This research takes the form of a data sheet of the questionnaire filled out by employees, and then made the sample for this study. Research done to sixty samples of employees of PT. Istaka Karya (Persero). The research of using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show the work stress variables simultaneously, influential organizations and climate significantly to job satisfaction of employees. While partially, influential work stress variables are negative and significantly to job satisfaction, and organizational climate variables in a positive and significant effect against the job satisfaction.
