Abstract

ABSTRACT Yasmin Zahra, 2015; Influence of Compensation and Career development towards Employees performance at PT.Republika Media Mandiri. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:. 1) To know description for the compensation, career development and employee performance at PT.Republika Media Mandiri. 2) To determine whether there is an influence of compensation towards employee performance at PT.Republika Media Mandiri. 3) To determine whether there is an influence of career development towards employee performance at PT.Republika Media Mandiri. 4) To determine whether there is an influence of compensation and career development towards employee performance at PT.Republika Media Mandiri 5) To know how far the contribution compensation, career development and employee performance at PT.Republika Media Mandiri. This research is taken 93 employees in PT. Republika Media Mandiri. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data account which used is SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between compensation to employee performance and there is positive influence and significant between career development to employee performance. Compensation and career development simultaneously positive influence and significant to employee performance through Fcount (37.926>3.10) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of compensation and career development on employee performance is 0,457 or 45,7% through the result of R2 value while the rest is 54,3% is influenced by the other factors.
