Abstract
ABSTRACT MIA HESTIANA. Correlation Between Job Stress With Job Motivation of EmployeesPTProvis Garuda Services. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2014. The purpose of this research is to detect correlation between job stress with job motivationon employees PT Provis Garuda Services Jakarta. The research is done during for two months since Apriluntil May 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees with total 235 employees, Reachable populationare 80 employees of Marketing and 65 employees for sampling and used simple random sampling. Instrument that used to get variable data X (Job Stress)and Y (Job Motivation) measured by question naire using Likert Scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that isY = 132,05-0,612X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lhitung 0,093< Ltabel 0,110, matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity F hitung 24,82 > F 3,99 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produceF tabel hitung 0,831< F 1,84that show that regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxyas big as-0,532. Significancy test with t hitung ( -4,98) <t tabel tabel (-1,67). Becausetcount <ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant betweenJob Stressand Job MotivationemployeesPTProvis Garuda Services. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as28,26%. So can be taken conclusion foundwhich are negativeconnection and significant betweenjob stressandjob motivation.
