Abstract

ABSTRACT Bahjatul Fitriyah, 2013: Relationship Analysis of Organizational Culture, Job Stress, and Emotional Intelligence: A Case Study on Permanent Employee of Production Division PT. Yamaha Indonesia, Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is: 1) To find a description of the organizational culture, job stress, emotional intelligence employees on Permanent Employee of Production Division PT. Yamaha Indonesia. 2) To empirically test the reciprocal relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational culture of permanent employees production division of PT. Yamaha Indonesia. 3) To examine empirically the interrelationships between organizational culture and employee stress remain the production division of PT. Yamaha Indonesia. 4) To empirically test the reciprocal relationship between emotional intelligence and employee stress remain the production division of PT. Yamaha Indonesia. The analysis conducted in this research is descriptive and causal correlational analysis. The study was conducted with the 200 permanent employees production division of PT. Yamaha Indonesia using proportional stratified random sampling method. While the techniques of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using AMOS 18. The results showed that: 1) Some employees claimed not to understand the culture of the organization that applied PT. Yamaha Indonesia, it became one of the reasons for the high levels of perceived stress employee organizations, while emotional intelligence showed that employees identify themselves and their environment well, 2) Emotional intelligence and organizational culture has a significant relationship with the value of p-value 0.007. 3) Organizational culture and job stress had a significant correlation with the value of p-value of 0.009. 4) Emotional Intelligence and job stress have relationships with value p-value of 0.043.
