Abstract

ABSTRACT Hasbi Widagdo, 2013; Influence of Organization Culture and Organizational Commitment towards Job Satisfaction at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program. Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for organization culture, organization commitment, job satisfaction at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. 2) To know the influence of organizational culture towards job satisfaction at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. 3) To know the influence of organizational commitment towards job satisfaction at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia.. 4) To know the influence of organization culture and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction at PT. Nutrifood Indonesia. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that took 90 employees at marketing, sales and distribution, manufacturing, data collected by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 19.0. The result of t test for organization culture is 2.538, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect between organization culture towards job satisfaction. The result of t test for oragizational commitment is 7.149, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect between organization culture towards job satisfaction. The result of F test is 3.251, and the signification 0.03. This shows that there is a significant effect between organization culture and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.447 0r 44.7%. It means job satisfaction is affected by organization culture and organizational commitment as much as 44.7%.
