Abstract
ABSTRACT Heru Irwansah, 2014; Influence of Workplace Spirituality and Job Stress towards Job Satisfaction of Ojek Motor Driver at East Jakarta. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know how is the level of workplace spirituality, job stress and job satisfaction ojek motor driver in East Jakarta. 2) To determine the effect of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction ojek motor driver in East Jakarta. 3) To determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction motorcycle ojek motor in East Jakarta. 4) To determine the effect of workplace spirituality and job stress on job satisfaction of ojek motor driver in East Jakarta. The analysis conducted in this study is a descriptive and explanatory analysis. The study was conducted with the 100 motorcycle taxi drivers In ten districts in East Jakarta, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS version 18.00. The results showed that: 1) the level of workplace spirituality and job satisfaction ojek motor drivers are at a low level, whereas high job stress visible. 2) workplace spirituality significantly influence job satisfaction with the p-value of 0.000. 3) Job stress has a significant influence on job satisfaction with the p-value of 0.000.5) Workplace spirituality and job stress significantly influence job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000.
