ANDIKA DOHARMA OKTAVIANI. 2014. 8143145199. Analisis Pengawasan Kerja Sekretaris Pada Markas Besar Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (MABES POLRI) Jakarta Selatan. Program Studi DIII Sekretari. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to know about the supervision work secretary at the Markas Besar Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (MABES POLRI) South Jakarta.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through literature study and observation. From the results of the study can be seen that the supervision of secretary is required for the implementation of work runs effectively and efficiently and in accordance with predetermined performance standards.
