Abstract

ABSTRACT Widya Ngesti Pramono, 2015: Influence of Job Stress and Work Load Againts Job Satisfaction (Study of Taxi Driver At PT. Express Pool Bekasi C). Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Human Resources Management, Study Program of Management, Departement of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) to know the overview of job stress, work load, and job satisfaction the taxi drivers at PT. Express Pool Bekasi C. 2) to know the influence of job stress on job satisfaction. 3) to know the influence of work load on job satisfaction. 4) to know the influence of job stress and work load simultaneously on job satisfaction. The analysis conducted in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation causality. Research carried out by the simple random sampling method on 171 taxi drivers at PT. Express Pool Bekasi C as respondents, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which is processed using SPSS 16.0. The results of the regression indicates that there is influence between job stress on job satisfaction, and there is influence between work load on job satisfaction. Job stress and work load simultaneously influence the job satisfaction. This research has figured out the score of job stress and work load on job satisfaction is 0,805 or 80,5% through the result of adjusted R2 value while the rest is 19,5% is influenced by the other factors.
