Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about management system of inactive documents at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Cawang – Tomang – Cengkareng. Research method that use is analysis observation. From this paper result can concluded that management system of inactive documents PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Cawang – Tomang – Cengkareng need to be rearranged with the proper management system, so the inactive documents can be protected and the serach of needful documents can be found easily.
