This scientific paper aims to know about secretarial disciplineof PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Research method that used in this scientific paper is analysis descriptive and with searching observation and research library. From the result can be known that the secretary has important role and tasks for the company. Secretary who understands the circumstances of the company and aware of her exitences is very important for the on going activities of the company.
