Abstract
LINDA ARYANTI. 2014. 8143145191. Analisis Sistem Kkearsipan pada Sub Bagian Kesekretariatan Biro Hukum Kantor Pusat BPKP. Program Studi D3 Sekretari. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out about the filing system in Sub Secretarial Division of the Legal Bureau of BPKP Head Office. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through literature study, and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that the Secretarial Office of Law Office of BPKP does not have archival system and archive storage. This can be seen from the many documents that are not structured in systematic and difficulty in rediscovery in the archives. The conclusion of this writing can be seen that in a company is needed archive system and archive storage system right so that documents can be managed effectively and efficiently.
