Abstract
LISA DIAN INDRAWATI. 2014. 8143145699. Analisis Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis Aktif Pada PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Program Studi DIII Sekretari. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific paper aims to know about managing records at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Head Office Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through literature study and observation. From the results of writing can be seen that in managing the proper archives it is necessary to have proper arrangement, supervision and maintenance in accordance with the procedures. With the proper archival management system, a secretary can easily rediscover the archives and to avoid losing archives and misuse of archives by unauthorized partie.
